Episode 246: Chun Mee

After that last green tea blend I tasted, I felt the need to get back to basics. And since I haven’t had an unflavored plain green tea in a good long while, I’m giving M&K’s Tea Company’s Chun Mee a try.

It’s not a bad tea, but it’s very mild. There’s a faint aftertaste reminiscent of leeks or seaweed — it’s pretty vegetal. Green teas are usually like that, so it’s not surprising. If you’re looking for something less robust or sweet for a green tea, give this chun mee a shot!
