Mellow Taiwanese oolong is paired up with almond flavoring to create a marzipan-scented cup of tea that’s great for breakfast or dessert. Adagio Teas recommends brewing this at boiling, but I’d recommend brewing it at around 195 degrees so you don’t end up with a bitter cup.
